White Water River Rafting

Whitewater rafting is navigating a inflatable raft carrying 4 to 8 people through white water rapids. Traveling down river rapids in a rubber boat can seem quite intimidating and even scary at first. River rafting is one of the most exciting commercially and privately practised river activities.

Sky Cycling

Experience the thrill of cycling in air. Sky Cycling involves riding a bicycle from point A to point B along a rope that is hanging in the air. Sky Cycling is one of the craziest yet toughest categories of adventure activities and requires a lot of concentration.

Rappelling

Climbing down with a rope is called rappelling. The group is taken to a spot where there is a cliff drop, experts with proper equipment who setup the gear first and then, one by one, everyone comes down. It's all about trusting your gear and following the instructions and then it's a lot of fun.

Rock Climbing

This is something everyone is familiar with, this is also included in some of the camps but not everyone can do it as it requires a lot of strength and skill. The group is taken to a cliff side and with proper safety gear everyone is given a chance to climb the cliff side.

Cliff Jumping

You are supposed to jump into freezing water from a cliff! Yes, it sounds crazy but this is one thing which everyone can brag about back home, of course you are wearing a life jacket and a helmet but still to jump from so high into the Ganga which is murky and the bottom can't be seen, it's not like jumping into a swimming pool where one can see the bottom the water is static.

Zipline

During the activity of ziplining, you are harnessed to the wire toward one side and to a hook on the other, and on release by gravity onto an even and slanting line of rope that will take you to the opposite end. Feel what it's like to fly at speeds of 20-25 mph on lines up to 50 feet in the air and 780 feet in length.

Paint Balling

Paintball is a team sport in which players compete to eliminate opponents by shooting each other with balls of coloured dye propelled from paintball guns. Whether homemakers, high-school students, professionals or retirees; or it be a paintball birthday party, an office event, all paintball players share in common a love for adventure and a strong competitive spirit.

Flying Fox Activity

Flying Fox activity allows you to fly like a bird after you are harnessed to a rope with all the safety gears in place. The platform is fixed with a hard wire from one end of the valley to the opposite. You are harnessed and attached on wire rope with the help of pulley at the higher end and then slide free fall on that wire rope. Flying fox adventure is usually done through three people at a time in tandem and can also be done solo by paying additional price.

Kayaking

Kayaking is the use of a kayak for moving across water. Kayaking is differentiated from canoeing by the fact that a kayak has a closed cockpit and a canoe has an open cockpit. They also use a two bladed paddle. Another major difference is in the way the paddler sits in the boat. Kayakers sit in a seat on the bottom of the boat with their legs extended out in front of them. Canoeists will either sit on an elevated bench seat or kneel directly on the bottom of the boat. Whitewater kayaking is the sport of paddling a kayak on a moving body of water, typically a whitewater river. Whitewater kayaking can range from simple, carefree gently moving water, to demanding, dangerous whitewater.

Trekking

Trekking - or long-distance hiking - consists of walking for several days or several weeks undertaken with the specific purpose of exploring and enjoying the scenery and being entirely or partially self-sufficient. Hikes are normally completed in one day while treks can take several days or even several weeks. There are a lot of soft treks, this is an optional thing as some people love to walk in nature and do a bit of bird watching and some prefer to be at the camp and relax and they are already tired with the activities they have done.

Bungee Jumping

Bungee jumping is an adventure sport in which a person wearing a full body harness jumps from a tall structure( artificial or naturally occurring platform) while attached to a long elastic cord. The most important thing that you should keep in mind is that when you are going for bungee jumping, the sky should not be windy. It does not matter whether it is summer or winter season. It is considered a high-risk activity and should only be undertaken with proper training, equipment, and safety precautions in place.

Camping

Camping is an outdoor activity that involves staying overnight in a tent out in nature. One can set up a tent, or live in a caravan, camper-van or motor-home when camping. Camping can be enjoyed throughout all four seasons. The months of spring and autumn are the ideal, while both early summer and early winter offer delightful conditions for a bit of outdoors relaxation (or adventure!). India has plenty of beauty spots for the happy camper and the adventurous one.
